Yolo Restaurant-Bar in Rotterdam is a boutique restaurant and cocktail bar located in the Kralingen neighborhood, next to the marina "The Admiraliteit". This place is known for its culinary experience and vibrant atmosphere.

Yolo offers a French-Asian fusion cuisine with a concept of shared dining. This means guests can order multiple dishes and share them together, encouraging a communal and interactive dining experience. The menu features a variety of dishes, including a great black truffle pasta and beef Tataki.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bar that boasts exclusive drinks, ranging from Japanese single malts to the better fumé blanc wines.

The restaurant features boudoir-like seating on an entresol, offering views of the open kitchen. This setting is suitable for a cozy dinner and can also accommodate private dining or cocktail events​​.

The food was "shares" style and was cooked to perfection. A very interesting variety of different dishes and a wonderful desert to finish up with while enjoying a good glass of wine. Although I did not eat fish, the family did enjoy the signature Tuna Tataki Lollipops. A great way presenting food. Happy birthday Ley!

For sure a place to book for dinner whenever in Rotterdam.
