The bottega is a small Italian deli and take away. You need to know where to go. It is not you typical place you would stop. It not let's go to "Panevino". Going there, our friend, who has a beautiful apartment at the Royal Beach, Playa d'en Bossa, wasn't talking about that but saying let's go to "Dolly". Later, we understood this relates to Dolly Romero, the host and partner of the chef.
Fo sure we were amazed but the tremendous freshness of the dishes and the outstanding quality. The menu is limited and might have a twist. So one day you might get a carpaccio with a strawberry dressing and the next day it might be mango. You simply don't know and need to ask about the chefs ideas for the day. One thing for sure, my carpaccio was amazing, one of the best I ever had.
The food was just great. Everything I ordered, the carpaccio with a touch of strawberry, the amazing pasta with fresh black truffle and the grilled meat were all top quality.
