The Camiral (called the PGA Catalunya before) is a beautiful champignonchip golf course. Camiral has an intriguing and dynamic history, marked by significant developments and notable achievements in the world of golf.

The Camiral includes two renowned golf courses - the Stadium Course and the Tour Course. Both are consistently ranked among Europe's best, with the Stadium Course undergoing significant upgrades after 2008, enhancing its challenge and appeal​

The resort has hosted the Spanish Open multiple times (2000, 2009, 2014) and the European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage several times. The 2014 Spanish Open was particularly notable as Miguel Angel Jimenez set a record as the oldest winner in European Tour history at this event.

We played the Stadium course. You don't want to be right on the 5th. Water won't be your friend and as the greens are fast, your bal will swim if your approach is too much to the right. The long 7th is covered with many bunkers. The 12th is nice as well but also here, don't be too long or to the right.

The clubhouse cafe is a nice way to end your round. That said, I did notice a difference in the way your are served between the members and guests. We were there when we were on our holiday in Lloret de Mar where we stayed in the beautiful Rigat 5-star hotel.
