Hotel Victoria is part of Maison Caerdinael, a small local leisure group who owns Hotel Victoria, Hotel Lea and Rooms by Juliette and some boutiques. Hotel Victoria in Durbuy, is a charming hotel known for its unique blend of traditional architecture and modern amenities. Located in the heart of Durbuy, often referred to as the "smallest city in the world," the hotel is set in a picturesque area, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ardennes region.

The exterior of Hotel Victoria typically showcases classic Belgian architecture with features like stone walls, traditional roofing, and quaint, cottage-like appearances. Inside, the hotel is known for its warm and welcoming ambiance, combining rustic elements like exposed beams and stone walls with contemporary comforts and decor.

Room

The room we had at Hotel Victoria was cozy featuring modern facilities while maintaining a rustic charm. The room has a television, private bathroom, which a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. You won't miss anything here.

Breakfast and dinner

The hotel also has a high-quality grill restaurant, a terrace, a garden and an open kitchen. offering a mix of local and international cuisine, emphasizing fresh, regional ingredients. We had dinner a few times on the outside terras and were never disappointed. We ended up after desert playing games with friend who accompanied us on our trip. The breakfast buffet is extensive, offering almost everything you want.

Location

Hotel Victoria's location in Durbuy provides easy access to the town's cobblestone streets, medieval buildings, and the beautiful Ourthe River. The area is popular for outdoor activities like golfing, hiking, kayaking, and exploring the scenic landscapes of the Ardennes.

Golf de Durbuy is a 15-minute drive from the hotel and the Five Nations golf course is just a few minutes further. When you make a golf trip, it is much nicer to stay in Durbuy itself versus a location outside in the country.

Although listed as a 3-star, it get fours stars from me for the following reasons: good and comfortable room, great location, good food and a friendly staff.
