Hotels 43 ****

Hotel 43 is the former State House Inn. During my work for ProClarity (with their headquarter almost next door) I stayed there for many, many nights over the last 25 years. Unlucky, also in 2005 when I broke my leg on a jet ski in Mexico. I was flown into Boise from Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. Had an operation in Boise and due to the “open wound” stayed in the hotel for almost 3 weeks.

Just after that period, the hotel became Hotels 43 and in 2007, also Chandlers, the famous steakhouse opened their doors in the hotel.

If you stay in Boise, Hotels 43 is a great option as it is down town with everything walking distance. A good hotel with good service. The bar however is even more reason to stay at Hotels 43. Used by hotel guests and Chandler guests, there is always something to do. Great drinks, good staff and often live music.

As for Chandlers, just do it great stakes and more. Smashing Prime Rib, fillet steaks and a very nice selection of wines.
