Ruth’s Chris Steak House *****

One word….. superb! If there was ever a restaurant where I had the pleasure to truly got to know what customer experience is all about, it was at Ruth’s Chris in Seattle.

The dinner just started and we were talking about everything and nothing. I remember, we had something to celebrate… it had to do with Microsoft buying ProClarity (yes, many of you know…... and made a few $$ as well). In any case we were talking and my hand were a bit to lose expressing myself with the result a superb glass of deep colored red wine went over my white shirt. The staff did not hesitate, they to me into the kitchen area, got my shirt and gave me a warm towel. Before I knew it, I had a brand new Ruth’s Chris polo shirt on me and could continue the dinner party.

After enjoying a great meal, yes Ruth’s Chris absolutely serves one of the best steaks in the world, we paid the bill and went for the door. I was stopped and the staff presented me with my shirt completely clean and ironed in a nice box…. with compliments.

Thanks Seattle staff, I will never forget and told the story many times.
